The Air Jammer® aerator is a one-of-a-kind machine that adds oxygen from the air to wastewater. The Air Jammer® uses micron-size bubble diffusion and hydraulic shear in a pressurized aeration chamber to make a well-mixed, highly oxygenated, and conditioned liquid. Wastewater, which is the main target, is pumped through the high-speed nozzle of the Air Jammer® at 20 psi of hydraulic pressure. The result is a dramatic implosion and expansion, which shreds the organic solids in the waste stream into large pieces and releases the grease and gas bubbles that were trapped inside the solids. The waste stream is then thoroughly mixed under pressure with sucked-in air using micron-sized bubbles to transfer a lot of oxygen to the liquid. This creates a much better environment for biological activity, so wastewater contaminants break down more quickly.
